GEARING UP FOR ‘26 AFTER BREAKTHROUGH, & BRUISING, ‘25 SEASON
Off-Season Team Update – Major Motorsports Pro Late Model
Major Motorsports is charging into the off-season with determination after a 2025 campaign that delivered both a milestone moment and some of the team’s toughest challenges to date.
The highlight came midsummer, when the Pro Late Model program captured its first-ever heat race victory, a breakthrough achievement that showcased the team’s growing pace and competitiveness in a deep Ontario field. That momentum carried Major Motorsports into its second career start in the APC Series’ prestigious Great Canadian 300, where the group continued to gain valuable experience against some of the province’s best.
But the year wasn’t without setbacks. A series of heavy crashes through the second half of the schedule left the car battered and the team facing a long list of repairs. Rather than simply patch things back together, Major Motorsports has committed to a full winter rebuild.
In the shop now, the team is undertaking major upgrades, including:
Re-clipping the chassis to restore structural integrity
Rebuilding the engine for improved reliability and performance
Refreshing the steering rack and front-end components
Additional updates to ensure the car returns stronger — and faster — for 2026
Despite the hard knocks, the team views 2025 as a turning point. The combination of on-track progress and off-track investment sets the stage for a renewed push next season.
Fans can expect more behind-the-scenes updates throughout the winter as Major Motorsports prepares to roll out a fully revamped Pro Late Model in the spring.
Major Motorsports thanks its partners, supporters, and crew members for standing behind the team through a year of highs, lows, and plenty of hard work — and looks forward to an even stronger 2026 campaign.
